ICYT's approach is individualized one-on-one instruction within the classroom (‘push in program’) and/or outside of the classroom (‘pull out program’)-wherever it is convenient for a student and their family (e.g. school, library, day care, church, community center, etc.) to meet. In addition, academic learning plans that best fit the needs of students are created and implemented to cater to the whole student intellectually, physically, socially, and cognitively, while attending to the various learning styles (spatial, logic-mathematical, linguistic, bodily-kinesthetic, naturalist, musical, interpersonal, and intra-personal) that allow for optimal learning.
